I especially like the one about not using yesterday’s methods if you want to be in business tomorrow. It goes to the heart of staying current, or looking ahead, and adapting to a changing world. Jack Bergstrand makes that point in “Reinvest Your Enterprise: Through Better Knowledge Work.” He is an expert in enterprise reinvention and knowledge work productivity and his book, in plain language, integrates the largest cross-disciplinary body of thought ever applied to knowledge work productivity management.
